Knowing how to deal with the fourth estate can be a worrying, stressful and potentially damaging experience for your company or employer. So whether you work for a leading business, head up a charity or hold a key position in the public sector, learning to deal with the media is a crucial part of any role.
You can choose between a full day or a half day session. Full days award you two extra practical sessions with time to practice your interview style and key messaging.

Courses will only run with a minimum of three attendees.
Training takes place at The Friends Centre in the heart of Brighton, just three minutes walk from Brighton railway station.
Tailored media training sessions delivered in workplaces are also available at a mutually suitable date.
