The charity ball follows months of events in support of the Mayor’s two Charities of the Year, which included quiz nights, barn dances and a special talk on the Story of Eastbourne Lifeboats at Eastbourne Town Hall last October.
The JPK Sussex Project supports people with learning disabilities, providing accommodation, training and work experience from its centre at Edgmond Church in Old Town.
Eastbourne RNLI was established in 1892 to save lives at sea and relies on fundraising and donations to continue operating.
Live music will be courtesy of Tempo One who will be performing tracks from the 60s through to the current day, and other attractions include a grand raffle, silent auction, casino tables and dancing.
The Mayor of Eastbourne, Councillor Janet Coles, said: “A brilliant night is in store with good food, music and dancing, as well as casino tables for anyone who fancies a flutter.
“Come along and bring your friends for a fun night out, while helping to raise much-needed cash for two great local charities.”
A three course meal and casino chips are included in the ticket price of just £45, with discounts available for groups of 10 or more.
For more information or to book tickets for both events contact the Mayor’s office on 01323 415020 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
