The Crafty Dog Festival Raises Almost £2k!

SayAphasia is delighted to have raised £1855.90!

The sunny Saturday attracted hundreds of Brighton locals with their dogs and families to join in the fund-raising event. The money was raised through dog show entries, raffle entries, and kids face painting. And companies also paid for a pitch to be at the festival, some of which donated 15% of the profits that day. A couple of stall holders also generously did their own raffle on their stall to help raise money.

We were overwhelmed by how many local companies donated raffle prizes! We also had young musicians perform free of charge, who were all amazing, one of whom had travelled from Sweden!

We would like to do another festival next year, and this time have a lot more activities for the whole family, and not just dog lovers. We would like more music, more food, more drinks, kids activities, craft activities, dog agility, and anything else that can help us attract lots of people and raise more money.

If you have any fundraising ideas, please let them know!
